These are all based on personal adjustments and tweaking to get that perfect position. The 6 key ergonomic workstation set up requirements are:
  1. The eyes should be looking at the top 1/3 of the screen, so you do not have to look down at the monitor or screen.
  2. The wrist should be a natural extension of the forearms, no deviation from normal
  3. The keyboard should be no further away than the knees.
  4. The center mass of the skull should be at or behind the hip joint.
  5. The knees should be 0-3" above or below the hip joint
  6. The mouse should be at the same level as the keys or below

The Ergo E.Easy allows you to alternate between sitting and standing during the day. Recommended by ergonomic experts movement during the day, encourages fluid to flow between discs to reduce potential back pain.
