Simple To Use

BakBalls are simple to use. Whether lying on a bed or carpeted floor or standing against a wall at home or at work, BakBalls are a convenient way to relieve back pain.

With BakBalls placed evenly between your shoulder blades, simply lie stationary on the BakBalls for 15-20 secs, then roll the balls down your spine 2-3cm and repeat the process, continuing until BakBalls are nestling in the small of your back (3-4 mins, 2-3 x day)
