We need to exercise patience as recovery is not always quick and weshould avoid activities that could aggravate the problem, such aslifting heavy weights, high impact exercise, sitting and standingfor long periods of time and participating in sports that involverough contact, twisting and sudden impact. To ensure you get backon track, you may wish to consult your physician, physical therapistor health club.
