Non-defective Product Returns

Badbackstore.com is committed to helping satisfy it’s customers with the quality products they have ordered. However, if the product does not meet the customer’s expectations then we will work with you to have it returned. To return a product, please contact Customer Service at (580) 399-1175 to request a Return Authoriz tion number (RA#). Customer is responsible for associated freight expense to return the product.

Defective Product Returns or Repair

If a product is found to be defective, then the customer can choose to either get replacement parts to correct product -or- request to return the product. All freight charges associated with a Defective Product will be covered by Badbackstore.com. Please request a Return Authorization number from Customer Service at (580) 399-1175).
